Description
Training for concierge team members employed by a major chain of UK shopping malls. The training aimed to equip learners with the skills and awareness to provide an inclusive service to disabled shoppers.
My role
I worked with a subject matter expert to script several branching scenarios that would challenge the learners to respond to a realistic situation and ‘learn by doing’. I commissioned an illustrator to provide some basic characters that I could customise in illustrator and I developed the product myself, as a SCORM 1.2 unit, using my own HTML/XML/Javascript scenario engine.
